About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the custom apparel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, excellent skills in raster-to-vector conversion, and the ability to prepare artwork accurately for apparel printing and production.

The candidate should also have valuable English communication skills and be comfortable understanding client requirements, discussing design changes, and coordinating with the production/design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify graphics for custom apparel, garments, merchandise, and promotional products.
- Convert raster images, sketches, logos, and artwork into clean, production-ready vector artwork.
- Create and edit designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Clean up artwork, recreate logos, trace images, and improve image quality while maintaining the original design intent.
- Prepare artwork according to specific printing, embroidery, and production requirements.
- Handle different types of artwork including logos, typography, illustrations, badges, graphics, and promotional designs.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback and production requirements.
- Ensure correct dimensions, colors, layers, outlines, and file formats before final delivery.
- Work with the production team to resolve artwork-related issues.
- Maintain organized design files and follow internal naming and file-management standards.
- Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members in English.

Required SkillsAdobe Illustrator – Essential

- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of vector tracing and raster-to-vector conversion.




- Ability to recreate artwork from low-resolution or poor-quality references.
- Strong knowledge of paths, anchor points, Pen Tool, Pathfinder, shapes, typography, and color management.
- Ability to create clean, scalable, production-ready vector files.

Adobe Photoshop – Essential

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop.
- Image cleanup, background removal, retouching, color correction, and image manipulation.
- Ability to prepare artwork for different apparel printing requirements.
- Understanding of resolution, DPI, image sizing, and color modes.

Custom Apparel / Production Knowledge

- Understanding of artwork preparation for screen printing, DTG, DTF, sublimation, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of garment printing limitations and production requirements is an advantage.
- Experience working with apparel mockups and print-ready artwork is preferred.

Communication Skills

- Good written and verbal English communication is required.
- Ability to clearly understand client instructions and design briefs.
- Ability to ask the right questions when requirements are unclear.
- Comfortable communicating design changes, revisions, and production issues.
- Professional communication with international clients and team members.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Has a solid eye for detail and accuracy.
- Can turn rough, low-quality, or raster artwork into clean professional vectors.




- Understands that apparel artwork needs to be both visually attractive and production-ready.
- Can work independently while also collaborating with designers and production teams.
- Is comfortable handling repetitive artwork tasks without compromising quality.
- Can work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn new techniques and production processes.

Required Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating vector artwork and raster-to-vector work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in the custom apparel, garment printing, screen printing, DTF, DTG, or merchandise industry is a robust advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work with international clients is a plus.
