Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee last-mile WH/Bub operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment movement. Supervise pickup operations, ensuring shipments are collected, scanned, and received within the defined SLA. Manage middle-mile operations, including shipment movement between hubs, dispatch planning, loading/unloading, and route coordination.Ensure accurate and timely TMS (Transport Management System) software updation for all shipment and vehicle movements, including receiving, scanning, dispatch, OFD, delivery, and shipment closure. Monitor and ensure timely OFD (Out for Delivery) updation for shipments assigned to delivery executives/Transporter as per OFD plan. Track daily operational performance, pending shipments, delays, exceptions, and SLA adherence.Manage WH staff and delivery/pickup teams, including manpower planning, productivity, and shift management. Coordinate with internal teams, transport partners, and delivery teams to resolve operational issues.Ensure proper scanning, sorting, bagging,



dispatch, reconciliation, and shipment status updates. Prepare and monitor daily MIS and operational KPIs such as pickup performance, OFD %, delivery performance, TAT, productivity, and pending shipment Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes. Drive continuous improvement in service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. Analyze trends, identify operational gaps, and implement improvement plans. Ensure physical shipment movement matches system statusMaintain Warehouse discipline, cleanliness, safety, and security.Ensure proper handling of shipments to minimize loss, damage, and misrouting. Plan manpower according to daily shipment volumes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
