Oracle EBS R‑12 Techno‑Functional Consultant – Order Management (OM)

Experience Range: 10–12 years

Role Overview

The consultant will provide techno‑functional expertise in Oracle EBS R‑12 Order Management (OM), ensuring seamless order‑to‑cash processes, system stability, and business alignment. The role requires strong functional knowledge of OM modules combined with hands‑on technical skills to design, customize, and support RICEW/CEMLI components.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Management Expertise: Configure, customize, and support Oracle OM modules including Pricing, Shipping, and Advanced Configurations.
- RICEW/CEMLI Development: Design and support Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows specific to OM.
- Integration Support: Ensure smooth integration of OM with Inventory, Purchasing, AR, and other modules.
- Business Requirement Analysis: Translate order‑to‑cash business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot OM application issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors.
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare functional/technical design documents, conduct SIT/UAT,



and support deployments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users, functional consultants, and IT teams across geographies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10–12 years of Oracle EBS R‑12 techno‑functional experience, with strong focus on Order Management.
- Expertise in SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, OAF, Workflow.
- Deep functional knowledge of OM, Pricing, Shipping, AR, Inventory.
- Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash cycle and cross‑module dependencies.
- Proven experience in RICEW/CEMLI development and support.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
