Key Responsibilities

- Monitor children’s academic progress, enrolment and retention.
- Identify learning gaps and facilitate remedial support.
- Develop career and vocational pathways for youth aged 14–18.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges and vocational institutions.
- Manage academic volunteers and tutors.
- Maintain education MIS, trackers and reports.
- Support education budgeting and resource optimization.
- Facilitate Education Committee meetings and follow up on action points.

Qualifications & Experience

- Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in education, vocational training or youth development.
- Strong skills in coordination,



data management and MS Office.
- Passion for education, empowerment and child rights.
