About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 1-5 years of experience to build and maintain modern, scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

The ideal candidate will have strong frontend and backend expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Build REST APIs and backend services using Node.js/Express.js.
- Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, and Next.js API routes.
- Integrate third-party APIs and databases.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and development teams.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD, cloud deployment, and production maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Expertise in React.js, including functional components, Hooks, and Context API.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Good knowledge of Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, and API routes.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Context API.




- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, SEO, accessibility, and web performance.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of web application security and best practices.

AI & Modern Development Skills

- Strong knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern AI coding workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Replit, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Practical experience using Replit for rapid prototyping, application development, debugging, and deployment.
- Ability to use AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring, documentation, and automation.
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Understanding of AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered application development is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- GraphQL, Prisma, or Apollo.
- AWS, Azure, or Vercel.
- Docker and containerized deployment.
- Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio or experience with production-level applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
