Job Role: Retail Sales Executive TrainerJob Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Retail Sales Executive Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in retail sales, customer service, product knowledge, store operations, and sales techniques. The trainer will prepare candidates for employment in retail stores, supermarkets, malls, consumer electronics, FMCG, fashion, and other retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training on Retail Sales and Customer Service.
- Train candidates on customer handling, greeting, need identification, product demonstration, and sales conversion.
- Develop candidates' knowledge of products, features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Train candidates on sales techniques, upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.
- Provide training on retail store operations, merchandising, stock handling, and inventory basics.
- Train candidates on POS billing, cash handling, digital payments, and basic billing procedures.
- Develop communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Conduct role plays, mock sales interactions, practical demonstrations, and assessments.
- Train candidates on skilled grooming, workplace etiquette, and retail discipline.
- Maintain trainee attendance,



assessment records, batch documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the placement team to support candidates in securing employment opportunities.
- Ensure training delivery as per the prescribed curriculum, quality standards, and project requirements.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Diploma in Retail Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in Retail Sales, Store Operations, Customer Service, or Sales Training.
- Prior experience as a Retail Sales Trainer will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and practical demonstration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
