Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the Java technology stack. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications, and working with a variety of technologies including Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, REST, Oracle, MongoDB, and Ignite Cache.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Build and maintain scalable applications using the Spring Boot framework.
- Implement data persistence solutions using JPA, Hibernate, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support various client applications.
- Utilize Ignite Cache for in-memory data caching to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.




- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Extensive experience with the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with JPA and Hibernate for object-relational mapping.
- Proficient in designing and building RESTful web services.
- Hands-on experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, specifically Oracle and MongoDB.
- Experience with in-memory data grids and caching technologies, preferably Ignite Cache.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
