About the Role

OnStage India is looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail stores in Noida and Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, and ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and interact with customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Support daily sales activities and work toward achieving store sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of products.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and customer requirements.




- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of English is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers/POS systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
- Interest in music, musical instruments, or audio equipment will be an added advantage.
