Overview

We are seeking an experienced and agile Electronics & Communication Equipment (System) Trainer to deliver specialized technical training programs. The ideal candidate will mentor Technicians, Engineers and Personnel from User Department, bridging theoretical concepts with hands-on practical applications in core engineering domains.

· Conduct comprehensive training sessions on electronics and communication systems, equipment, and implementation practices.

· Design, update, and deliver structured curriculum tailored for employees and personnels from end user department.

· Provide hands-on guidance on hardware implementation, system troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

· Evaluate trainee progress, offer constructive feedback, and ensure skill alignment with current industry standards.

· Periodic training sessions and quality check for hardware deployed.





· Check on SOPs of the project while visiting on different sites of the project.

· Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in teaching, and training to the students of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Diploma/ITI in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering in respective institutes.

· Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

· Skills: Ability to effectively train employees and personnels from end user department. Design training modules as per the project needs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
