AdeptMed Healthcare Solutions LLP is hiring AR Callers for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with experience in US Healthcare RCM and voice-based processes. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and experience handling insurance follow-ups, accounts receivable, payment-related activities, or other healthcare RCM functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and payments.
- Perform AR and claim status follow-ups.
- Follow up on pending and unpaid claims.
- Verify claim status and identify claim issues.
- Assist with payment-related activities and payment posting.
- Handle authorization-related tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records of claim and call activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely claim resolution.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Required Experience & Skills

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or a related voice process.




- Experience in one or more of the following:
- AR Calling
- Payment Follow-up
- Payment Posting
- Authorization
- Census
- Medical Billing
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US insurance companies.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
