Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, service quality, and efficiency at our New Delhi location.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily work schedules.
- Inspect rooms, guest areas, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Train, guide, monitor, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping inventory, including cleaning supplies, linen, equipment, and other materials.
- Monitor stock levels and raise timely requests for replenishment.
- Ensure proper use, handling, storage, and accountability of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Identify and report maintenance issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.




- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations in hotels, guest houses, or similar hospitality establishments.
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
