Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent service.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Support smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
