We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Project Manager – ELV Systems to manage and execute ELV projects from planning and coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

1 .Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, execute, monitor, and control ELV projects from project initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate activities to meet project schedules.

2. ELV System Installation & Commissioning

Manage and coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of:

- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Public Address / Voice Evacuation Systems (PA/VA)
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Home Automation Systems
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Other ELV and Security Systems

3. Technical Coordination

- Review and verify project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare and review:
- Method Statements
- Shop Drawings
- Material Submittals
- Testing & Commissioning Documents
- As-Built Drawings
- Project Handover Documents

4. Site Supervision

- Supervise ELV installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate and monitor technicians, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify installation or quality issues.

5. Client & Consultant Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Attend technical meetings and site coordination meetings.




- Address technical queries and ensure timely closure of site issues.

6. Quality, Standards & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE, QA/QC, project specifications, and authority requirements.
- Ensure ELV installations comply with relevant standards such as:
- NFPA
- EN Standards
- ISO Standards
- Local Civil Defense / Authority Regulations
- Project-specific specifications

7. Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Track project progress against planned schedules.
- Prepare and submit regular project status reports.
- Monitor project risks, delays, technical issues, and required corrective actions.
- Escalate critical project issues to Project Management.

8. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

- Coordinate system testing and commissioning activities.
- Support functional testing and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
- Prepare testing and commissioning records.
- Coordinate final inspection, snag rectification, handover, and client training.

9. Material & Cost Coordination

- Assist with material planning and procurement coordination.
- Verify material requirements against approved BOQs and project specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Support project cost control and minimize material wastage.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Technical Experience





- 3–7 years of relevant experience in ELV systems and project execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- PA/VA Systems
- BMS
- Home Automation
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intrusion Detection
- Security Systems

Technical Skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and BOQs.
- Knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
- Good understanding of relevant international and local standards.
- MS Office proficiency.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Soft Skills

- Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong team management and site coordination skills.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with the following certifications will have an added advantage:

- OEM Certifications – Honeywell, Siemens, Bosch, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.
- NFPA Certification
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification
- Relevant ELV / BMS / Security System certifications
