Role Overview

We are hiring a highly motivated Sales Representative whose primary role is to actively promote Ferroart’s turnkey interior services and generate high-quality leads.

This is a field-based role focused on visiting under-construction bungalows and residential flats, meeting builders, site supervisors, material vendors, and property stakeholders to introduce Ferroart and bring prospective clients to the company.

The core objective of this position is lead generation and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit under-construction residential projects across Nagpur on a daily basis.
- Meet builders, developers, site supervisors, and vendors to introduce Ferroart’s turnkey interior services.
- Promote Ferroart’s design expertise, in-house manufacturing advantage, and end-to-end execution model.
- Identify new homeowners and property buyers who require interior design services.




- Generate verified client leads and share complete details with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure meeting scheduling and site visits.
- Build long-term referral relationships with builders and vendors.
- Maintain a structured database of visited sites and generated leads.
- Actively represent the Ferroart brand in a professional and confident manner.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, real estate, construction materials, or related industry preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and networking.
- Knowledge of local residential projects in Nagpur is an added advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.

Compensation Structure

- Fixed monthly salary .
- Attractive commission on every client successfully converted through your lead.
- Additional performance incentives based on monthly lead targets.
