Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Landscape Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and development of gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and other landscaped areas across our premises. The candidate will supervise landscaping staff, ensure proper plant care, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate landscaping activities according to institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily landscaping and gardening activities.
- Manage gardeners and landscaping workers and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and plants.
- Monitor watering, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, trimming, and pest-control activities.
- Plan and supervise seasonal planting and replacement of plants.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Identify plant diseases, pest infestations, and other landscaping issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain cleanliness of landscaped areas and ensure proper disposal of garden waste.
- Monitor irrigation systems and report leaks, damages, or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain inventory of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and other landscaping materials.
- Coordinate with the Facility/Maintenance team for landscaping-related requirements.
- Inspect landscaping areas regularly and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain records of landscaping activities, manpower, materials, and expenses.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of fertilizers, pesticides, and landscaping equipment.
- Train and guide landscaping staff on proper gardening and safety practices.




- Ensure compliance with institutional safety and environmental standards.
- Handle emergency landscaping requirements such as fallen trees, damaged branches, or drainage issues.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant landscaping/gardening experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping supervision or a similar role.
- Experience in supervising a team of gardeners/landscaping workers.
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation, fertilizers, pruning, pest control, and lawn maintenance.

Preferred Experience

Experience in schools, colleges, hospitals, hotels, residential communities, large campuses, or institutional facilities will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
