This role is perfect for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience, build a strong portfolio, and learn how to create engaging video content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Cut, assemble, and refine raw video footage into high-quality videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) and brand campaigns.
- Audio & Visual Polish: Add background music, sound effects, basic color correction, transitions, and text overlays/subtitles.
- Pacing & Storytelling: Ensure smooth transitions, solid pacing, and engaging hook points to retain viewer attention.
- Content Formats: Adapt video content into multiple aspect ratios ($For different services) depending on platform requirements.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the content creation and marketing team to execute creative video briefs on tight deadlines.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (Desktop). Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Eye for Detail: Good understanding of frame composition, pacing, color grading, and typography.
- Creativity & Curiosity: Passion for short-form video trends, social media reels, and creative visual hooks.
- Time Management: Ability to manage tight turnarounds and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Portfolio: A link to a portfolio, sample edits, or Google Drive folder demonstrating past work/projects is required.
