Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for staff and shop-floor/workforce requirements. The role will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, completing joining formalities, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand manpower requirements from HODs/Department Heads and prepare recruitment plans.

· Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, WorkIndia, employee references and other suitable channels.

· Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening based on job requirements.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with HODs and management and follow up with candidates.

· Maintain candidate pipeline, interview status and recruitment MIS on a regular basis.

· Coordinate salary discussions, selection confirmation and joining dates with selected candidates.

· Collect and verify joining documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details and other required records.

· Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities and ensure timely completion of documentation.

· Maintain recruitment files and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.





· Support induction/onboarding activities and coordinate with relevant departments.

· Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.

· Support HR activities and other responsibilities assigned by the HR/Management team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR; manufacturing or industrial recruitment experience will be preferred.

· Good knowledge of sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding processes.

· Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri or WorkIndia is preferred.

· Quality and relevance of candidates shortlisted.

· Interview-to-selection and selection-to-joining conversion.

· Candidate follow-up and joining ratio.

· Accuracy and timely updating of recruitment MIS.
