About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at CredenceSoft. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, website, presentations, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and marketing campaigns.
- Design professional company presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and internal communication materials.
- Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, emailers, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity, fonts, colours, and visual guidelines.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Support the team with basic video/reel editing and motion graphics when required.
- Manage design files properly and maintain an organised library of creative assets.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative tools, and AI-based design tools.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Knowledge of Figma will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing / motion graphics is preferred.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to convert business requirements into attractive and professional designs.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree/diploma/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good practical knowledge may also be considered.
