About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who is confident in speaking with customers, generating leads, following up with prospects and converting opportunities into sales.

You will be responsible for selling an creative AI-powered smart ring and explaining its features and benefits to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
- Explain and present the product and its benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead generation and conversions

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,



Inside Sales or B2C Sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and customer interaction
- Strong target orientation
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in B2C/D2C, consumer products, electronics, technology, premium sales or consultative selling is preferred
