We are looking for a technically strong Project Team Leader with solid hands-on experience in Siemens Industrial Automation to lead engineering teams and take responsibility for successful project execution.

This is not a Project Manager-only role. We are looking for someone who can understand the automation technically, review and challenge engineering work, understand the process behind the automation, and drive projects from engineering through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the automation engineering team throughout project execution.
- Review PLC, SCADA/HMI and automation engineering deliverables.
- Understand and review Siemens PLC programs and identify potential issues.
- Support troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, communication and hardware-related problems.
- Coordinate engineering, FAT, SAT, commissioning and project execution activities.
- Manage project timelines, priorities and technical deliverables.
- Ensure successful integration of PLC, SCADA, industrial networks and field devices.
- Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical and process-related challenges.
- Take ownership of project delivery, quality and technical performance.

Technical Requirements

Siemens PLC – Advanced

- Strong hands-on experience with S7-1200, S7-1500 and S7-400
- TIA Portal and STEP 7
- PLC programming review and troubleshooting
- Hardware, I/O and communication diagnostics
- Redundancy and fail-safe concepts

SCADA / HMI – Good to Advanced

- Siemens WinCC / WinCC Professional / WinCC Unified
- SCADA architecture, servers, clients and redundancy
- Process graphics, alarms, trends and user management
- Historian/data collection
- PLC–SCADA communication and troubleshooting

Siemens PCS 7 – Good to Advanced





- Practical experience with SIMATIC PCS 7
- Engineering System and Automation Stations
- S7-400H / AS410
- OS Server / Client architecture and redundancy
- CFC / SFC
- Process Objects / Libraries
- PROFIBUS / PROFINET integration
- FAT, SAT and commissioning

Industrial Networks

- PROFINET
- PROFIBUS DP/PA
- Industrial Ethernet
- Modbus TCP/RTU
- OPC / OPC UA
- Network diagnostics and troubleshooting

Process Knowledge

The ideal candidate should understand the industrial process behind the automation, including:

- Sequences
- Interlocks
- Permissives
- Alarms
- Safety conditions
- Operational requirements

Experience in Flour Mills, Feed Mills, Grain Silos, Dairy/Food Processing, Beverage, End-of-Line Automation or Material Handling will be an advantage.
