Process RTO / RMAs:

Manage end-to-end Returns, RTO and RMA.

Raise, Track, and Manage SPF claims as per marketplace guidelines.4

Follow up regularly with marketplace support teams for Pending claims, Escalations, TAT Breaches, and Reimbursement closures.

Maintain accurate SPF trackers, RTO file and Return Trackers.

Coordinate with Customer support team for claim validation, escalations and resolution.

Prepare regular reports related to SPF claims and Return Inventory

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Advantages:
