We are looking for an experienced Accountant – Payables to manage and oversee the Accounts Payable function. The role will be responsible for vendor and employee payments, payroll accounting, statutory compliance, bank and vendor reconciliations, petty cash, expense accounting, and periodic financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, accounting processes, GST/TDS/ESI/PF compliance, bank reconciliation, vendor management, and month-end closing, with good attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, banks, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor, bank, salary, and employee reimbursement payments.
- Handle payroll accounting and ensure timely ESI, PF, and TDS compliance.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve banking-related discrepancies.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure expenses are within approved limits.




- Record and verify expenses in Tally with proper supporting documents and bill-wise allocation.
- Consolidate creditor accounts from branches into Head Office accounts.
- Ensure timely month-end accounting and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly stock statements and periodic sales reports for management and banks.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Perform other accounting and finance activities assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
