Job Description: Infrastructure Engineer Job Overview We are looking for a customer-focused and technically proficient Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for first-level technical support, managing system infrastructure, configuring end-user devices, maintaining network reliability, and ensuring rapid incident resolution while adhering to strict SLA guidelines. Role Summary * Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer * Department: IT * Location: Jaipur * Total Positions: 1 * Experience Required: 1 – 3.5 Years * CTC Range: Up to 6.5 LPA * Employment Type: Full-Time * Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities End-User Support & System Administration * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices. * Perform system health checks, preventive maintenance, and driver/OS updates (Windows 10/11). * Configure user profiles, local security settings, and assist users with Microsoft Office applications. Microsoft 365 & User Management * Create, modify, and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups. * Support core M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online (Basic). * Create and manage Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID user accounts, permissions, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Helpdesk & IT Incident Management * Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira,



ManageEngine) within defined SLA timelines. * Escalate complex or unresolved infrastructure issues to senior engineering teams with detailed troubleshooting notes. * Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and IT documentation. Basic Networking & Infrastructure Support * Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and general network connectivity issues. * Verify TCP/IP configurations, DNS, DHCP, and gateway settings. * Assist with network printer and shared drive setups. Asset & System Maintenance * Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory. * Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs) and coordinate with vendors for warranty replacements. * Deploy and support endpoint security and antivirus solutions. Requirements & Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field. * Technical Skills: * Operating Systems: Windows 10 & Windows 11. * Cloud & Directory Services: Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID. * Networking: Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi configuration, VPN. * Tools: Remote support software (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist) and ITSM ticketing systems. * Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Solid analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities under SLA pressure. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple technical tasks efficiently.
