Internship Overview

Balancian Life is looking for a full time, on-site Sales Intern to support the growth of our nutrition consulting and corporate wellness services. This role is ideal for graduates who are confident, energetic, and passionate about building relationships and creating meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote corporate wellness programs, nutrition consultations, wellness workshops and work-life balance solutions.
- Visit clinics, hospitals, fitness centers, gyms and other healthcare establishments to introduce and promote Balancian Life's nutrition services.
- Visit corporate offices and business establishments to introduce Balancian Life's wellness and nutrition services.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with HR teams, decision-makers, and business leaders.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, referral partners and healthcare professionals.




- Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients, healthcare partners, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, partnerships, and business development activities.

Requirements

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face client interactions.
- Self-driven, confident and enthusiastic about sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing or business development is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, nutrition, wellness, fitness or a similar industry will be an added advantage.

Duration

3 Months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
