Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer – Process with at least Minimum 1-4 Years (B.Tech) & Diploma 2-4 Yearsof hands-on experience in solar cell. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining key process tools in the TOPCon line, ensuring stable production and supporting process engineers in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and control process tools including:

-
ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) for tunnel oxide & poly-Si layers

-
PECVD for passivation layer deposition

-
Diffusion Furnaces (POCl₃/BCl₃)

Wet benches / inline cleaning systems

-
Screen printing & firing equipment

- Adhere strictly to SOPs, process specs, and quality standards

- Perform tool checks, preventive actions, and basic troubleshooting

- Record daily production parameters, downtime, and abnormalities

- Support process engineers during trials and parameter optimization

- Follow cleanroom, ESD, and safety protocols at all times

- Actively participate in shift handovers and team meetings

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics

- Minimum 1-4 Years (B.Tech) & Diploma 2-4 Years of experience in solar cell (preferably TOPCon)

- Robust knowledge of process tools and vacuum/plasma equipment

- Familiarity with MES systems, SPC tools, and ISO documentation

- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work in shifts in a cleanroom environment
