As a Finance Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial systems strong and reliable. You’ll work closely with the Finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will support teams on our treks and help build systems that scale as our organisation grows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with core finance and wants to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation.

What you’ll work on:

- Supporting daily financial operations and ensuring timely payments
- Maintaining transparent and error-free financial records
- Coordinating with teams across the organisation to resolve queries
- Tracking income and expenses across different functions
- Assisting in payroll and other recurring finance processes
- Visiting banks, liaising with our various finance associations
- Helping with Indiahikes admin-related responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

- Qualification: Minimum B.Com
- Age: 23-26 years
- Experience: Prior work experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably

Additional requirement

- Must be very efficient with the use of spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel; can build macros)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Sound knowledge of Tally
