Job Location: Banashankari Stage 3, Bengaluru, India
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Remuneration: Fixed Salary + Performance-based incentives
Work from office: 6-day week, 10AM–7PM. Second Saturday Off, Sundays are off, but as most events and shoots happen on Weekend a comp off shall be provided.

Key Responsibilities

On-camera & video

- Be the face of the brand — host product, recipe and store videos.
- Plan and shoot videos with our videographer: concept, script, setup, styling.
- Bring 2–3 fresh content ideas every week, across all categories.
- Invite and coordinate guests for shoots — mothers, kids, customers.

Social media

- Plan and execute content across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Grow reach and engagement consistently.
- Write captions and hooks; maintain the content calendar.
- Track performance using analytics tools and adapt content accordingly.
- Stay updated with digital trends and platform updates.
- Coordinate influencer and brand collaborations.

Events & team

- Plan, schedule and host regular brand events.
- Plan Online & Offline community Events.




- Capture event content and turn it into follow-up posts.
- Work with the sales team on launches, offers and seasonal pushes.
- Work directly with the founder on content ideation in the initial months.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Confident and expressive on camera — this is essential.
- Excellent communication in English and Kannada.
- Creative, proactive, digitally savvy — brings ideas, not just execution.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic photography and video skills on mobile/camera.
- Basic design skills — Canva or similar.
- Presentable, energetic, solid coordination skills.
- Willing to travel for events, shoots and activations.
