- Manage daily furnace operations (start-up, melting, tapping, and slag removal) to meet production schedules.
- Guide, train, and evaluate furnace and ladle operators and manage shift activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of furnaces, crucibles, and related equipment.
- Oversee the proper charging and usage of raw materials (scrap, alloys, fluxes) for maximum efficiency and minimum waste.
Experience - Minimum 1 year in Melting department.
