Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Filling Operator to operate and monitor filling machines in our pharmaceutical Dry Injection Plant. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out aseptic filling operations while strictly following GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical vial filling and sealing machines.
- Perform aseptic filling operations as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
- Set up, operate, and clean filling equipment and associated machinery.
- Ensure correct filling volume, machine parameters, and production output.
- Maintain proper line clearance before and during filling operations.
- Follow GMP, cGMP, and aseptic area requirements.
- Monitor environmental and process conditions during filling activities.
- Perform in-process checks and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production and equipment records.
- Follow gowning, hygiene, safety, and cleanroom procedures.




- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper handling of vials, stoppers, and other packaging components.
- Report machine breakdowns, deviations, and quality-related issues immediately.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / 12th / relevant technical qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a Dry Injection or sterile manufacturing plant.
- Experience operating vial filling machines will be preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, aseptic practices, and cleanroom procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good understanding of production documentation and batch records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
