Prismos Beauty is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented B2C Logistics & E-commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day e-commerce logistics, order fulfilment, shipping, delivery coordination, returns, and marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2C logistics or e-commerce operations and be familiar with platforms and tools such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and Shiprocket.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily B2C order processing, fulfilment, and dispatch operations.
- Process and monitor orders received through Shopify and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Handle orders across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify.
- Coordinate shipments through Shiprocket and other courier/logistics partners.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, manifests, and dispatch documentation.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Follow up with courier partners regarding delayed, lost, or undelivered shipments.
- Handle NDR, RTO, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and reverse logistics.
- Monitor prepaid and COD orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, customer support, and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, returns, and deliveries.
- Resolve order and logistics-related issues efficiently.
- Work towards reducing delivery delays, RTOs, and logistics-related customer complaints.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for orders, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and pending shipments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in B2C logistics, e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Familiarity with:




- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Myntra or similar marketplaces
- Shopify
- Shiprocket
- Good understanding of e-commerce order fulfilment and last-mile delivery.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse coordination.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online dashboards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and operational tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

- Organised, responsible, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced B2C/e-commerce environment.
- Able to take ownership of an order from placement through successful delivery.
- Positive at coordinating with customers, courier partners, marketplaces, and internal teams.
- Familiar with D2C beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer product businesses.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree – Required

Experience

B2C Logistics / E-commerce Operations: 1–2 years preferred
