About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Freelance Software Trainer to teach and mentor students in MERN Stack, React, Python, and UI/UX Design. The ideal candidate is someone who loves teaching, can simplify complex technical concepts, and is fluent in both Tamil and English to effectively connect with a diverse group of learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), React.js, Python, and UI/UX Design
- Design and structure course content, exercises, and real-world projects for each module
- Mentor students on best practices in coding, design thinking, and problem-solving
- Explain concepts clearly in both Tamil and English based on learner comfort and preference
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, code reviews, and project evaluations
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to keep training content relevant
- Encourage a collaborative and motivating learning setting
- Guide students on portfolio building, interview preparation, and career readiness (a plus)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in MERN Stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture)
- Solid working knowledge of Python (core concepts,



and frameworks such as Django/Flask preferred)
- Practical experience in UI/UX Design (Figma/Adobe XD, wireframing, prototyping, design principles)
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, instructor, or in conducting workshops/bootcamps
- Fluency in both Tamil and English — verbal and written communication
- Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow
- Excellent communication, patience, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt teaching style to different learning paces and backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree/certification in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field
- Experience creating training curriculum or course material from scratch
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms)
- Portfolio of past projects or previous student success stories/testimonials
