- Retailer Visit
- Visit BSNL retailers/POS regularly.
- Maintain relationships with retailers.
- Collect retailer requirements and feedback.
- BSNL Product Sales
- Promote and sell BSNL products/services.
- Promote SIM cards, recharges/top-ups, FTTH/Bharat Fiber and other applicable BSNL services.
- Generate new customers through field visits.
- SIM & Recharge Support
- Supply BSNL SIMs/products to authorized retailers as instructed by the franchisee.
- Support retailers with recharge/top-up-related activities.
- CAF Collection
- Collect Customer Application Forms (CAF) and required documents from retailers within the prescribed time.
- Submit/hand over CAFs to the franchisee for further processing. BSNL's published FOS guidelines specifically include CAF collection and timely submission.
- Marketing
- Distribute BSNL pamphlets, promotional material and marketing information.
- Explain current BSNL plans, tariffs and offers to retailers/customers.
- Retailer Feedback
- Inform retailers about current products, tariffs and schemes.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information and customer requirements and report it to the franchisee.
- Customer Acquisition
- Conduct door-to-door/market visits.
- Identify prospective BSNL customers.
- Generate leads for mobile, broadband/FTTH and other services.
- After-Sales Coordination
- Help customers/retailers coordinate with the franchisee or BSNL for service-related issues.
- Follow up on pending applications and complaints.
- Daily Reporting
- Maintain daily visit, sales, SIM, recharge and customer-lead records.
- Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the franchisee.
