We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist in daily kitchen operations at our non-vegetarian restaurant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling raw meat, seafood, and poultry, and able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in preparing ingredients (cutting, washing, marinating meat, chicken, fish, etc.)
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Handle raw non-vegetarian items safely and hygienically
- Store food items properly (freezer, refrigerator, dry storage)
- Help with basic cooking tasks when required
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support kitchen staff during busy hours
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
