Position: Transformer Production Engineer
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
Experience: 2–8 Years
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 In-Hand per Month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day transformer production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines.
- Handle and coordinate transformer manufacturing processes as per production plans.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and overall production workflow.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Testing, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth production.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Monitor production quality and minimize rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- 2–8 years of relevant experience in Transformer Production / Manufacturing.
- Transformer industry experience is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes and production activities.
- Ability to handle production teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Candidates with experience in Transformer Manufacturing Manufacturing will be preferred.
