A telecaller connects with current or existing clients by phone or online channels to promote products, generate sales leads, or answer questions. They log customer data, follow predefined scripts, and work to hit daily call and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities-
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to pitch company offerings.
- Answer inbound customer support or product inquiry calls.
- Follow up on warm or cold leads to drive sales pipelines.
- Input and update customer details and call notes in the CRM database.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and target quotas
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
