Key Responsibilities Human Resources

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit processes.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, late coming, overtime, and employee movements.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, leave, recruitment, and employee turnover.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Address employee queries and support employee grievance resolution.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, training programs, and internal events.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are communicated and followed by employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Administration

- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility requirements.




- Maintain administrative records, registers, agreements, and vendor documents.
- Monitor office infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Handle official correspondence and administrative documentation.
- Ensure proper workplace discipline, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR or an equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the automobile/dealership industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Knowledge of basic labour laws and HR practices is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
