Job Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits across all Longefit branches in Kerala and other assigned locations across India.

- Visit hospitals, clinics, medical centres, physiotherapy clinics, and healthcare professionals to build

referral networks and business partnerships.

- Meet HR, Administration, and Management teams of IT companies, corporate offices, educational

institutions, and other organizations to establish corporate wellness tie-ups.

- Plan and execute apartment activations, community engagement programs, corporate events,

health camps, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

- Identify recent business opportunities and generate quality leads.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, apartment associations,

and strategic partners.

- Coordinate trial bookings and follow up with prospective clients.

- Represent the Longefit brand professionally during meetings, networking events, and business

presentations.

- Maintain daily visit reports, lead tracking, and follow-up records.

- Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams for successful campaign execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Marketing is

preferred.





- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Fluency in Malayalam& English is mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala and other states as per business requirements.

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

- Own two-wheeler preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
