Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of our retail showroom. The person will be responsible for store sales, staff coordination, customer service, stock management and maintaining the overall standards of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the showroom and ensure the store opens and closes on time.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Guide and support sales staff in handling customers and improving sales.
- Ensure proper customer service and maintain a good shopping experience.
- Check stock availability, product display and proper arrangement of merchandise.
- Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse and head office teams when required.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
- Keep the showroom clean,



organised and presentable at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and try to resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in retail store management or a similar position.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales, stock and store operations.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in men's fashion or apparel retail will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
