- Recruit, train and certify baristas
- Lead coffee setup and beverage operations
- Develop coffee menu, recipes, costing and SOPs
- Coordinate equipment planning with the Projects team
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency and presentation
- Monitor wastage, inventory and equipment performance
- Support recent outlet launch and post-opening stabilization
- Vendor onboarding and purchase alignment
- New Inhouse Beverages Experiment
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
