Should be a MEchanical Engineer with min 5-7 years of Experience in QA/QC Department in Heat Exchanger, Presuure Vessels manufacturing concern.

Should be proficient in Monitoring and Implementation of the Quality Control system.

Inward Raw Material Inspection MTC/MTR Review, Handling customers, TPIA for Stage wise Inspection at shop and vendor end. Ensure Reduction in customer complain Prompt resolution when required. Review of PQR, WPQ, Approval of Quality Assurance Plan. Approval of Work Related Procedures their revisions when required. Identifying problems related to Quality to initiate, recommend, provide solutions.

Evaluating All Non-Conformity Implementing remedial actions. QA/QC Audit, Quality Certification Audit, Customer Audit. Existing Supplier Quality Issue,



Recent supplier Development.

Knowledge of ASME Code / Specification / Other client Requirements. Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication - Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Piping Parts

Application experience of Kaizen and 6 sigma techniques preferable.

Should be proactive, be team player and good communicator.

Should be well versed in NDT techniques and its application in Heat exchanger, pressure vessel industry
