Key Responsibilities Examine patients and take detailed medical histories Diagnose and treat common illnesses (fever, infections, diabetes, hypertension, etc.) Prescribe medications and monitor treatment progress Provide preventive healthcare and routine check-ups Manage chronic diseases and lifestyle-related conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.) Refer patients to specialists when needed Educate patients on health, diet, and disease prevention Required Qualifications MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) Valid medical license/registration MD in General Medicine (optional but preferred for specialization and higher roles) Internship training
