Job description:

We are hiring a Procurement Engineer to manage the sourcing and purchase of engineering components, materials, and tools. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with different departments.

- Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering (preferred) or Diploma with relevant experience.
- Experience: 1–5 years in procurement/purchase, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering components manufacturing.
- Software Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
- Communication: Good written and spoken communication skills (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of engineering components and raw materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendor relationships.




- Negotiate with suppliers for price, delivery, and quality.
- Work closely with design, production, and project teams to understand material needs.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and support cost reduction initiatives.
