We are looking for an experienced and passionate Principal - Kindergarten to lead the academic and administrative operations of our Kindergarten. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall academic and day-to-day operations of the KG school.
- Lead, guide, and monitor teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of the KG curriculum and teaching practices.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Monitor lesson plans, student progress, attendance, and classroom activities.
- Handle parent communication, queries, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure a safe, clean, disciplined, and child-friendly school workplace.
- Organize school events, activities, celebrations, and parent meetings.
- Conduct staff meetings and support teacher training and development.
- Maintain school records, reports, and administrative documentation.




- Implement management policies and ensure compliance with school procedures.
- Support admissions and other school development activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed./Montessori/Early Childhood Education certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Kindergarten/Pre-Primary education.
- Previous experience as a Principal, Academic Coordinator, Head Teacher, or similar leadership role is preferred.
