Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate CDP – Pizza Specialist to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, speed, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and mise en place as per standard recipes.
- Handle pizza stretching, topping, baking, cutting, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, size, and presentation.
- Maintain proper stock levels of pizza ingredients and report shortages.
- Follow FIFO, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Maintain a clean and organized pizza section at all times.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef, CDP, and other kitchen team members during service.




- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and within required service time.
- Train and guide junior kitchen team members when required.
- Follow House of Doh recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant pizza-making experience.
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation and fermentation.
- Experience with commercial pizza ovens is preferred.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy operations.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
- Passion for pizza, quality, and consistency.
