Job Description

Gallant Connections is looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team in Saket. In this role, you will make outbound calls, engage potential customers, qualify leads, and promote products or services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads
- Pitch products and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets




- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Conversational English proficiency
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
