Field Supervisor – Security Services

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to manage security operations at assigned client sites. The candidate will supervise security guards, ensure proper deployment and discipline, coordinate with clients, and maintain smooth day-to-day site operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Supervise and monitor security guards at assigned client sites.
- Ensure attendance, deployment, punctuality, uniform, and discipline of guards.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Handle guard replacements, shift arrangements, and site-level issues.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve day-to-day service concerns.
- Collect client feedback and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain daily reports related to attendance, site visits, incidents, and deployment.
- Act as a link between clients, security guards, and management.
- Identify additional manpower/service requirements from existing clients.
- Develop good client relationships and obtain client references/referrals for potential recent business.




- Coordinate with the Sales/Operations team on new leads and client requirements.

*Vehicle & Travel Requirement*

Candidate must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

The role requires regular travel to client sites.

Official travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company on an approved per-kilometre basis, as per company policy.

*Requirements*

- 12th Pass/Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in security services, facility management, or field supervision.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel to different client sites.

Salary: ₹ 15000 – ₹ 20000 per month, based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
