About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Patient Engagement Experts to join our team. In this role, you will engage with patients suffering from various ailments, understand their health status, and provide counselling to support their care journey. You will also coordinate with hospitals to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide patients over calls to understand their current health status and provide appropriate counselling.
- Engage with patients to identify medical needs and effectively guide them to relevant hospital services.
- Accurately record and maintain patient information in the designated portal.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification:- Dietitian





- Experience:- 6 months in a relevant role (internship experience included)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient-centric approach
- Ability to handle sensitive health information with confidentiality

Key Skills

- Patient counseling and engagement
- Knowledge of basic medical conditions and diet management
- Data entry and documentation
- Coordination with healthcare providers

Work Timings & Schedule:- Any 8-hour shift between *9:30 AM to 6:30 PM*

- One rotational weekly off

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Patient counseling and engagement: 1 year (Preferred)
- Engage with patients to identify medical needs: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accurately record and maintain patient information: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
