Urbanroof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation.
- Support HR in preparing and maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
