We are looking for an experienced Server & Desktop Engineer to provide L2 and L3 technical support to our onsite engineers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Resolve escalated incidents from the L1 support team.

· Administer Windows Server environments.

· Manage Active Directory users, groups, GPOs, and organizational units.

· Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server.

· Support virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.

· Configure and troubleshoot network switches, VLANs, routers, and firewalls.

· Monitor network performance and identify connectivity issues.

· Manage Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, and Teams.

· Support backup and disaster recovery operations.

· Coordinate with OEMs for hardware and software escalations.

· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.





· Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

· Perform server health monitoring and preventive maintenance.

· Support CCTV, biometric, access control, and other IT infrastructure where applicable.

· Manage endpoint security solutions such as antivirus and EDR.

· Ensure compliance with information security policies.

· Support patch management and vulnerability remediation.

· Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and current IT deployments.

· Generate incident, asset, and SLA compliance reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Microsoft Windows Server: 2 years (Required)
