Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charming Hostess to join our vibrant team at a renowned North Indian cuisine restaurant in Thane. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting Guests:
- Welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Escort guests to their tables while managing seating arrangements efficiently.
- Reservations & Waitlists:
- Manage table reservations, waitlists, and accommodate guest preferences to the best of your ability.
- Ensure prompt communication with guests regarding seating availability and wait times.
- Coordination with Staff:
- Work closely with the service team to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Communicate special requests or occasions (e.g.,



birthdays) to the team to create memorable experiences.
- Maintaining Ambiance:
- Ensure the dining area and reception space are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in setting up decorations or special arrangements for events as needed.
- Guest Engagement:
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant offerings to assist with guest inquiries.
- Build rapport with regular guests and enhance their overall experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and qualified demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of North Indian cuisine or hospitality practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
